摘  要:为了有效地利用含钛磁铁矿,研究了低w(TiO2)炉渣的流动性。实验选定w(TiO2)的变化范围为1%~3%,碱度为1.15,以现场高炉渣为主,实验室添加化学试剂配半合成渣,研究了w(TiO2)的变化对炉渣流动性的影响。实验结果表明:在只变动w(TiO2)的条件下,w(TiO2)维持在2%左右有利于改善炉渣流动性;炉渣熔化性温度随着w(TiO2)的增加先减小后增加,当w(TiO2)为2%时炉渣熔化性温度最低。In order to utilize the vanadium containing titanomagnetite as blast furnace burden,the fluidity of BF slag with low w(TiO2) was studied. The range of w(TiO2) was chosen from 1 % to 3 %,the basicity of slag was 1.15, using blast furnace slag as the main material to make semi-synthetic slag by adding chemical reagents. The influence of w(TiO2) on the fluidity of slag was studied. Test result showed that, when only changed w (TiO2), slag with 2 % w (TiO2) had better fluidity; the melting temperature first decreased with the increase of w (TiO2), then increased; when w (TiOz) was 2 %, the melting temperature reached the lowest value.
