摘  要:介绍了采用模铸锭轧制符合锻件探伤标准的245mm厚的Q345B钢板的试制过程,通过合理地设计化学成分,采用合理的洁净钢冶炼工艺、先进的水冷锭模浇注工艺及轧制高温大压下、轧后堆垛缓冷、正火等一系列工艺,使生产出来的钢板内部质量良好,不仅符合一般轧板探伤标准Ⅰ级探伤要求,而且达到锻件探伤Ⅱ级标准要求,同时各项力学性能也符合国家标准要求。The trial production process of 245 mm Q345B ingot casting thick plate that meeting forging-parts-inspection standard using rolling instead of forging was introduced. Through designing reasonable chemical composition and using a series of processes such as reasonable clean steel smelting process, advanced water-cooled ingot casting process, high temperature and heavy reduction rate rolling, stacking and slow cooling after rolling, normalizing, ete, the plates had good internal quality, that could meet the general rolling plate inspection standard and forging testing II level standards requirements.
