摘 要:以2,6-二甲基溴苯为原料,经氰基化,两步水解等反应合成了2,6-二甲基苯甲酸,并对氰基水解反应的工艺条件进行了优化。先将氰基在碱性条件下水解成酰胺,收率:100%;再在酸性条件下水解酰胺,得到最优的酰胺水解条件是:酰胺与65%硫酸的配比为1 g∶10 mL,水解温度110℃,水解时间12 h,收率达到:85%。2,6-dimethyl benzoic acid was synthesized by the reaction of nitrilization and then hydrolysis from the starting material 2,6-dimethyl bromobenzene; and the optimized reaction condition was obtained. 2,6- dimeth- ylbenzonitrile was firstly hydrolyzed to 2,6-dimethylbenzamide in the basic condition with 100% yield, the target acid was obtained by hydr -olysis of amide in acid condition, the optimization of hydrolysis of 2,6-di methylbenzo- amide is: amide: 65%H2S04 = I: I0 mL, the reaction temperat ure was i10 ~C and the reaction time was 12 h, the yield was 85%.
