摘 要:目的 探讨局部振动对血浆一氧化氮浓度的影响及其与振动性血管损伤之间的关系。方法 对不同接振时间、不同接振强度的家兔进行了血浆一氧化氮的测定与分析。结果 实验组家兔血浆一氧化氮浓度较对照组有降低趋势 ;随接振时间的延长和接振剂量的增大 ,降低更明显。结论 局部振动导致的血浆一氧化氮浓度的降低 。Objective To study the effects of local vibration on the concentration of plasma nitric oxide (NO) in rabbits and its relation to vibration induced vascular impairment.Methods The concentration of plasma NO was measured and analyzed in rabbits with different vibration strength and different exposure period.Results The concentration of plasma NO in experiment groups tended to be decreased along with the lengthening of exposure time and strengthening of vibration level. The longer the vibration exposure and the stronger the vibration level, the lower the concentration of plasma NO level would be.Conclusion Local vibration could result in the decreasing of the concentration of plasma NO, probably related to the vibration induced vascular impairment.
