摘 要:目的了解南阳市中华按蚊对DDT、马拉硫磷、溴氰菊酯及氟氯氰菊酯4种杀虫剂的抗药性现状,为制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法采用WHO成蚊滤纸接触法,以区分剂量死亡率判定抗性程度。结果中华按蚊对溴氰菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、马拉硫磷3种药物的区分剂量死亡率在80%~97%之间,为初步抗性群体。对DDT的区分剂量死亡率<80%,为抗性群体。结论 DDT停用多年后仍有较高的抗药性,而菊酯类药物的抗药性初步形成,其未来抗药性发展可能成为媒介按蚊控制的最大障碍,应加强抗药性监测,以便有效控制媒介按蚊。Objective To understand the sensitivity of Anopheles sinensis to DDT, malatlion, cyfluthrin and delta- methrin in Nanyang and provide scientific evidence for its control. Methods Adult mosquitoes filter contact meth- od recommended by WHO was used to assay the mortality rate and knockdown rate, in order to determine the resist- ance levels. Results Anopheles sinensis in the field of Nanyang had initial resistance to malatlion, cyfluthrin and deltamethrin,for that the discriminating dose mortality rates were between 80% and 97%. And they had become re- sistant to DDT,for that the mortality rate was less than 80%. Conclusion The resistance is still in high level many years after the termination use of DDT. The resistance of Anopheles sinensis to pyrethroid-type insecticides is initial for- mation. The resistance development of the future would be the most obstacle of malaria vectors control. So it is neces- sary to carry out re~'ular and effective monitoring measures timely so as to control Anopheles sinensis effectively.
