摘 要:目的了解河西走廊蚊类种群分布情况,为科学防控蚊媒传染病提供理论依据。方法灯诱法、人工小时法。结果本次调查共采集蚊虫21 208只。通过初步鉴定,发现该地区蚊虫至少有4属18种。在所捕获蚊虫中,数量最多的环境为畜舍,占80.95%;农户次之,占12.34%;居民区最少,占3.24%。淡色库蚊、刺扰伊蚊为优势蚊种,分别占捕获总数的51.66%和25.62%。结论河西走廊气候变幻多端,地形地貌复杂,种群分布较为广泛,水系分布较为丰富的区域种群密度较高,今后应加强该地区蚊虫孳生地清理工作,从源头上有效切断蚊媒传染病的主要传播途径,从而为当地蚊媒传染病的预防控制工作奠定扎实的理论基础。To investigate the mosquito distribution and provide scientific evidence for prevention and control of mos- quito borne disease in Hexi Corridor in Gansu Province. Methods Using trapping lamp method and labor hour method. Results Totally 21 208 were collected. Through the preliminary identification, it was found that at least 4 genus and 18 species of mosquitoes existed in Hexi Corridor. In the capture of mosquito,the largest number was for barn, accounted for 80.95% ,farmer was the second, accounted for 12.34% , residential areas was the least,accounted for 3.24%. Culex pipiens paUens and Aedes vexans were the dominant species, accounted for 51.66% and 25.62% of the total captured mosquitoes. Conclusion The climate changes multiterminal in Hexi Corridor, landforms is com- plex. Mosquitoes distribution is more extensive. The density is high in partial rich stream distribution area. It is nee- essary to strengthen cleaning the region of mosquito breeding sites and cut off the transmission of mosquito-borne dis- ease from the source effectively, so that to provide strong theoretical basis for contorlling local mosquito-borne infec- tious disease.
