淄博市淄川区2005—2012年流行性腮腺炎流行病学特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解淄博市淄川区2005—2012年流行性腮腺炎(流腮、腮腺炎)的流行病学特征,为预防控制腮腺炎提供依据。方法收集中国疾病预防控制信息系统中,淄博市淄川区2005—2012年的流腮发病资料,采用描述流行病学方法分析流行病学特征。结果淄川区2005—2012年共报告流腮713例,年报告发病率分别为5.78/10万、4.90/10万、20.53/10万、13.38/10万、4.17/10万、1.66/10万、6.56/10万、41.67/10万,年平均发病率在12.43/10万,报告发病数分别为41、35、147、96、30、12、48、304例,各乡镇均有病例报告。腮腺炎四季均有病例报告,春夏季高于秋冬季。两个发病高峰期:分别为4—7月、11月和翌年1月。病例中男女性别比为2.38:1,主要集中在15岁以下儿童。结论儿童为流腮的高发人群,应加强托幼机构及学校流腮疫情的监测,及时采取隔离病例、接种流腮疫苗等控制措施,以降低流腮发病率。Objective To analyze epidemiological characteristics of mumps in Zichuan district from 2005-2012,so as to provide a basis for mumps control.Methods The date on incidence of mumps were collected from China Disease Prevention and Control Information System and were analyzed with descriptive statistics.Results A total of 716 cases of mumps were reported in Zichuan district from 2005 to 2012,the incidence rate of mumps was 5.78/105 in 2005,4.90/105 in 2006,20.53/105 in 2007,13.38/105 in 2008,4.17/105 in 2009,1.66/105 in 2010,6.56/105 in 2011 and 41.67/105 in 2012.The average annual incidence rate was 12.43 /105.The number of reported cases was 41,35,147,96,30,12,48 and 304.Every township had case reports.Cases of mumps were reported in all seasons,which were much more in spring and summer than in autumn and winter.There were two peak incidence periods：April to July,November to January.The male to female ratio was 2.38：1,mainly in children under 15 years old.Conclusions Children are groups at high risk for mumps,therefore the monitoring of mumps outbreak in kindergartens and schools should be strengthened and control measures such as timely isolation and vaccination against mumps should be taken so that the incidence of mumps can be reduced
