摘　　要：阐述医院数字图书馆建设的意义,就建设数字图书馆的必要性问题从改善硬件基础设施、优化馆藏信息资源、实现信息资源的共建共享、拓展信息服务的职能以及提升图书馆工作人员素质等方面进行论述。The paper explains the significance and the necessity of constructing the hospital digital library , including improving the hardware infrastructure, optimizing library information resources, realizing the sharing of information resources, expanding the information service function and improving the quality of library staffs.
