摘  要:台山核电站引进欧洲第三代EPR核电技术,循环水管沟设有高爬坡段,爬坡段纵断面为圆滑弧形,施工难度大大增加。针对本工程特殊的设计和施工特点,设计了高爬坡施工方案,介绍了主要施工方法,如施工缝划分,模板制作,垫层与替代混凝土施工,隔离层设置,预埋抗浮埋件,内圆模安装固定,内圆模加固,混凝土浇筑与养护等施工技术。经实践证明施工效果良好,完全能够满足设计和质量要求。Taishan Nuclear Power Station adopted the third-generation European ERP technology.The cyclic water trench has a high climbing segment,and the longitudinal section of the high climbing segment takes the shape of smooth arcs,which significantly increased the construction difficulties.A construction scheme was designed for high climbing segment considering the particular design and construction characteristics of this project.The main construction methods are introduced,including division of construction joints,preparation of formwork,construction of cushion and replaced concrete,setting isolation layer,embedding anti-floating parts,installation,fixing,strengthening of inner circular formwork,and concrete pouring and maintenance.The result shows that the construction achieved good effect and the project could satisfy the design and construction quality requirements.
