摘　　要：针对住宅工业化这一发展趋势介绍了住宅工业化的概念、优势及其发展历程及现状,详细介绍了现有工业化住宅主要结构形式及其特点,并对住宅工业化相关政策进行解读,最后提出促进住宅工业化发展的建议。With respect to the fact that housing industrialization is the trend for future development,this paper introduces its concept,advantages,development history and current situation.The major structural forms and characteristics of industrialized houses are introduced in detail.The relative government policies related to housing industrialization are explained,and suggestions are put forward to promote the development of housing industrialization.
