摘　　要：某保障房项目选用全预制装配整体式钢筋混凝土框架加钢支撑结构体系,首先讲述了工程的施工工艺流程和操作要点,总结了全预制结构吊装的机具选择,构件的吊装顺序,安装就位,梁板柱节头的连接,支撑体系和防护体系的搭设,围护结构,整体卫浴的安装等预制构件吊装、组装施工工艺,最后重点讲述了全预制构件的安装要点。A indemnificatory residential project adopted a system of prefabricated integral reinforced concrete frame with steel supports.This paper firstly illustrates the construction process and key points of operation.It then summarizes the hoisting and assembly of prefabricated components,including the selection of the hoisting machines,the hoisting sequence,installation of the components,the connection of beams,slabs and columns,the construction of the support system and the enclosure structure and installation of integral toilet,etc.At last,the key points for the installation of prefabricated components are described in detail.
