摘 要:从发病的黄颡鱼体内分离到1株优势菌RC110724,经人工感染试验证实其对黄颡鱼有较强的致病性.根据分离菌株的形态学特征、生理生化特性,结合16SrRNA序列等综合分析,鉴定该病原菌为维氏气单胞菌(Aero-monas veronii,登录号:KC663719).系统发育树分析表明,分离菌株与维氏气单胞菌的模式菌株ATCC 35624T亲缘关系最近,同源性为99.8%.药敏试验结果显示阿奇霉素、链霉素、呋喃唑酮、庆大霉素、氟苯尼考、恩诺沙星等10种药物对菌株RC110724有较好的抑菌效果.A dominant bacterial strain, RCl10724, was isolated from diseased yellow catfish Petteobarus Julvidraco in Rongchang County, Chongqing City. An artificial infection test showed that the strain had strong pathogenicity to healthy yellow catfish. Based on its morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics and on the results of 16S rRNA sequence, RCl10724 was identified as Aeromonas ~eronii (Accessible Number in GenBank. KC663719). The phylogenetic tree demonstrated that RCl10724 was closest to Aeromo77as verolii ATCC 35624T, with a sequence identity of 99.8%. A drug sensitivity test indicated that the strain was highly sensitive to 10 kinds of drugs, including azithromyein, streptomycin, furazolidone, gentamicin, florfenico and lenrofloxaein.
