摘 要:通过研究三维电极的电解氧化法对模拟养殖废水中抗生素、激素的去除影响和处理效果.结果表明:对抗生素、激素去除率的影响大小顺序表现为电解时间,初始pH和曝气时间.最优试验参数条件为电解电压5V,电解时间2min,初始pH值为9,曝气时间3h.最优条件下,喹乙醇、土霉素、四环素、金霉素的去除率分别为99.1%,90.8%,97.7%和90.7%.少量的柠檬酸(0.02mol/L)、乙酸(0.175mol/L)能够提高去除效果;加入0.02mol/L十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)能够显著提高喹乙醇去除效果,但是会对土霉素、四环素、金霉素的去除效果产生不同程度的抑制.A three-dimensional electrode reactor was employed to treat simulated livestock wastewater, and the influencing factors and the removal rate were studied. The results showed that the influence on the re moval rate of antibiotics and hormones of the wastewater was in the order of electrolysis time 〉 initial pH aeration time. The optimal operating conditions were as follows. 5 V, electrolysis time 2 min, initial pH 9, aeration time 3 h. Under these conditions, removal rates of 62.1%, 90.4%, 96.5% and 91% were achieved for oxytetracycline, teacycline, chlortetracycline and laquindox, respectively. Addition of a small amount of citric acid (0.02 mol/L) or acetic acid (0.175 mol/L) significantly improved the removal effi- ciency; SDS addition at 0.02 mol/L significantly improved olaquindox removal rate, but reduced, to some degree, the removal rate of the other three antibiotics studied.
