提升新型城镇化质量的思考

摘　　要：十八大后,新型城镇化既是经济政策的重点,也是未来中国经济增长的引擎,大力推进新型城镇化建设,努力提升城镇化质量是我们未来经济社会发展的必然要求。提升我国新型城镇化质量应从以下几个方面着手:1.工业化与城镇化双轮互动,城镇化与产业结构协调发展;2.以人为本推进农民工市民化,实现城镇化质量和数量均衡发展;3.推进新农村建设,促进城乡一体化发展;4.走集约化发展之路,推进以城市群为主体的协调发展;5.加强生态环境保护,城镇化由偏重经济发展转向经济社会协调发展。Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, the new type urbanization is not only the key point of economic policies, but also the engine for the future economic growth of China. To actively promote the development of the new type urbanization and improve the quality of urbanization is a necessary requirement for the future development of our economy and society. To improve the quality of the new type urbanization in our country, we should make efforts in the following aspects ： first, the two wheel interaction between industrial ization and urbanization, and the coordinated development of urbanization and industrial structure ; second, human orientation to promote the transformation of migrant workers into citizens and realize the balanced development of urbanization in quality and quantity;third, advance the building of socialist new countryside and promote the in tegrated development of urban and rural areas ; fourth, adopt the way of intensive development to promote the co ordinated development focusing on city groups ; and fifth, strengthen the protection of ecological environment, and shift the emphasis of urbanization from economic development to the coordinated development of economy and society.
