摘　　要：目的 :为有效防制医院内蜚蠊危害。方法 :采用药激法调查 ,开展综合防制。结果 :防制前全院 2 5 0间病房中的 2 2 0间有蜚蠊滋生 ,共发现 5 2 5只 ,密度 2 .10只 /间 ,防制后降至 0 .19只/间 ,杀灭率 90 .5 2 %。结论 :医院内蜚蠊危害严重 ,综合防制措施有效可行。The author has made an investigation on the density of cockroach in the hospital with a method of using 0.3% chlorachrysanthenol to stimulate the roaches within forty three departments in this hospital in order to find out the number of the bug and better way of killing.525 bugs were found within 250 rooms, averagely 2.1 roaches in each room. It was decreased to 0.19 per room with a reducing rate of 90.52% after the integrated prevention by the combination of surrounding management and chemical pesticide application.
