开展母婴同室优质护理示范服务的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨开展母婴同室优质护理模式的方法及效果。方法将科室25张病床分为2组,1～12病床为实验组,13～25病床为对照组。实验组病房开展优质护理服务,对照组实行功能制护理。调查2组间的护理质量、母乳喂养及满意度,并对结果进行统计分析。结果在护理质量方面,实验组的基础护理合格率、特一级护理合格率、护理文书书写合格率及健康教育覆盖率都明显优于对照组(P<0.005)。在母乳喂养及新生儿护理方面,实验组的母乳喂养成功率、母乳喂养技巧、新生儿护理掌握率3方面明显优于对照组(P<0.005)。在满意度调查上,实验组明显优于对照组(P<0.005)。结论开展母婴同室优质护理服务提高了护理质量,降低了医疗风险。Objective To investigate the method and effect of high quality of nursing demonstration project in mother-kid shared ward. Methods 25 beds were divided into two groups. Experimental group was implemented from the first to the 12th bed, and the matched group was preformed from the 13th to the 25th bed. Nursing quality, maternal feeding and degree of satisfaction are all surveyed and the results were analyzed. Results In terms of quality of nursing, there was significantly differences in qualification rate of the basis nursing, TeYiJi nursing, qualified rate of nursing document writing and the coverage of health education between experimental group and control group （P＆lt;0.005）. In breastfeeding and neonatal care, for experimental group, the success rate of breastfeeding, breast-feeding tips and the rate of newborn care master was better than that in control group （P＆lt;0.005）. On the satisfaction investigation, experimental group was better than control group （P＆lt;0.005）. Conclusion High quality of nursing demonstration project can increase nursing quality and reduce medical risk in motherkid shared ward.
