几种腹蛇12SrRNA和Cyt b基因片段序列的初步研究

摘　　要：首次对我国几种腹属蛇类的 1 2SrRNA和Cytb基因的部分序列进行了测定。 1 2SrRNA基因片段序列结果揭示 :中介蝮有较大的种下分化。本文为蝮属蛇类的分子系统学研究提供了一些资料。Sequences of 12S rRNA and Cyt b gene fragments of some species of the genus Agkistrodon were studied for the first time in the paper. Sequence analysis of the 12S rRNA fragments shows considerable intraspecific differenciation in Agkistrodon intermedius. The present paper provids some data for the study on molecular systematics of the genus Agkistrodon.
