摘 要:在考虑轴承零件工作表面波纹度特征的基础上,利用摩擦、润滑和接触理论对高速角接触球轴承工作中零件间的相互作用进行了分析,建立了动力学非线性方程组,利用数值计算方法对其进行了求解,分析了轴承零件工作表面波纹度与轴承动力学特性的关系,结果表明:内、外沟道表面波纹度及钢球表面偶次波纹度对轴承动力学特征参数有着直接的影响,表面波纹度幅值的变化使轴承动力学特征参数值的大小发生变化,而其阶次的变化影响特征参数的变化频率;在轴承承受纯轴向力时,钢球表面奇次波纹度对轴承动力学特征参数没有影响。Based on consideration of the characteristics of working surface waviness of bearing parts, the mutual interaction of parts of high - speed angular contact ball bearings is analyzed by using tribology,lubrication and contact theory. A set of nonlinear dynamic equations are established, and the numerical calculation method is used to solve those equations. The relation is investigated between working surface waviness of bearing parts and dynamic characteristics of bear- ings. The results show that the surface waviness of inner and outer raceway and even - order surface waviness of steel balls have a direct impact on dynamic characteristic parameters of bearings. The variation of amplitude of surface wavi- ness affects the magnitude of dynamic characteristic parameters of bearings, and the orders of surface waviness affects the frequency of characteristic parameters. The odd - order surface waviness of steel bails has no effect on dynamic characteristic parameters of bearings when bearings are subjected to purely axial load.
