摘　　要：通过气氛压力烧结制备氮化硅陶瓷球,分析烧结温度对氮化硅陶瓷球密度、压碎载荷比、孔隙度、硬度和断裂韧性的影响。试验结果表明:氮化硅陶瓷球最佳烧结温度为1 740℃左右,这样可以保证各项指标处于最优状态。Silicon nitride ceramic balls were prepared through gas pressure sintering method. The influence which sin- tering temperature has on the density, crushing load, porosity, hardness and fracture toughness of ceramic balls is ana- lyzed. Results： the sintering temperature of silicon nitride ceramic bails should be controlled under a certain range, to make sure that the properties arc in the best conditions. The results of the experiment indicate that the sintering temper- ature should be about 1 740℃.
