摘　　要：目的建立加味定喘片的薄层色谱定性鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中的药材麻黄、陈皮、黄芩、白芍、当归、甘草进行定性鉴别。结果薄层图谱斑点清晰,阴性无干扰。结论该方法简便、专属性、重现性和分离度较好,可用于加味定喘片的质量控制。Objective To establish a TLC qualitative identification method of Jiaweidingchuan Tablets. Methods The qualitative identifi- cation of Ephedrae herba, Cirri retieulatae pericarpium,Scutellariae radix,Paeoniae radix alba,Angelicae sinensis radix and Glycyrrhizae Radix et rhizoma in this prescription were performed by TLC. Results The TLC spots developed clearly and the negative control showed no interference. Conclusion This method is simple with good specificity, good repeatability and good separation,which can be used for the quality control of Jiaweidingchuan Tablets.
