摘 要:目的建立测定复方阿胶浆中微量铅、铬的石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法。方法检测波长铅为283.3 nm、铬为357.9 nm,灯电流为4.0 mA,狭缝宽度为0.4 nm。结果铅和铬进样量在0.0~0.40 ng范围内分别与吸收度呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为97.6%和98.7%。结论石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定复方阿胶浆中微量铅、铬,方法准确、简单、灵敏,被测溶液稳定性好。Objective To establish the graphite furnace atomic absorption speetrometry(GFAAS) method for the determination of lead and chromium in Compound Ejia. Slurry. Methods The determined wavelength was at 283.3 nm for lead and 357.9 nm tor chromium. Thelamp current was 4.0 mA,the slit- width was 0.4 rim, Results The sample size of lead and chromium during the range of 0.0- 0. 40 ng had a good linear relationship with the absorbanee. The average recovery rate was 97.6% and 98.7% respectively. Conclusion This GFAAS method is accurate,simple and sensitive with good stability in detected snlution for delermining trace amounl of lead antichromium in Compound Ejiao Slurry.
