我院2009年至2012年降糖药应用分析

摘　　要：目的为临床合理应用降糖药提供参考,医院药品管理提供依据。方法对2009年至2012年降糖药的销售金额、用药频度、日均费用等进行统计和分析。结果降糖药的销售金额和用药频度逐年增加,年均增长率分别为29.53%和28.91%,药品日均费用多在5～14元之间。结论医院使用的降糖药品种基本稳定,临床应用基本合理,但与相关规定存在一定差距,应予以重视。Objective To evaluate the status quo of clinicl utilization and the developing trend of hypoglycemic agents used in our hos- pital and to provide reference and basis for clinical use and management of drugs. Methods The consumption sum, DDDs and DDC of hypoglycemic agents in our hospital during 2009-2012 were analyzed statistically. Results Both the consumption sum and DDDs of hypoglycemic agents were increased year by year with an average annual growth rate of 29.53% and 28.91% respectively. DDC was 5- 14 Yuan. Conclusion The category of hypoglycemic agents in our hospital is fairly stable. The clinical utilization is basically ratio- nal. However,certain gap with the related stipulation exists,which should be paid more attention to.
