一起由诺如病毒感染引起的感染性腹泻暴发疫情RT-PCR检测

摘　　要：目的对在某中学发生的一起感染性腹泻爆发疫情中采集的标本采用RT-PCR方法进行诺如病毒核酸检测。方法采集该学校患病学生、学生饭堂厨工及工作人员的肛拭子和粪便样本、厕所和厨房等外环境涂抹样共48份。结果在本次暴发疫情中,总共在12名病例的肛拭子和1厕所环境涂抹拭样中检出诺如病毒。结论本次暴发疫情可能传播源为学校饭堂的厨工和工作人员,被诺如病毒感染的厨房工作人员在洗菜、烹饪、配送饭菜等过程中将诺如病毒传染给学生并感染其发病。Objective A study was conducted to analyze an infectious diarrhea outbreak caused by Norwalk Virus through real-time PCR.Methods Collected 48 samples included the suspected case＇s rectal swap samples and stool samples, the swab of the toilet＇s environment which was detected Norwalk Virus through real-time PCR. Results 12 case＇s rectal swap samples and 1 toilet＇s swap sample were detected Norwalk Virus. Conclusions The source of the infection of was the kitchen staffs in the student canteen. When the infected kitchen staffs are in the process of cooking, preparing and selling foods, Norwalk Virus is possible to spread to the students by these ways.
