希腊文明的形成机制与公共理性的历史源头

摘　　要：独特的地理环境、文明成型时期独特的历史发展条件以及希腊人为适应生存环境变迁而作出的制度抉择,形成了古希腊社会不同于人类其他文明形态的独特个性——这就是表现为海洋岛国、城镇中心、民主制度以及多元共存等一系列特征的城邦文明。这一特征及其形成机制锻造出了以法治精神、公民理念、民主平等意识、独立自由观念以及权力监督制约思想为主要内容的公共理性精神。Special geographical environment,the history developing environment in civilization -forming period and the system choice made by Greeks to adapt to the change of living environment contribute to its special characteristic different to other civilizations which embody a series of polis civilizations including ocean island state, city centrality, democratic system and pluralistic coexistence. This characteristic and its forming mechanism forge the spirit of public rationality which includes law - governing spirit, citizen concept, the consciousness of democratic equality, independent freedom concept and power supervision thought.
