摘　　要：新中国土地制度是新生人民政权建立后,国家为建立新土地所有制而进行土地制度变迁的结果。强有力的国家政权确保了土地制度变革得以顺利推行。新中国土地制度的现实路径选择将制度的经济含义与政治含义紧密相联,促成了新中国特殊历史时期土地制度独有的特征。The land system of PRC refers to the result of land system change for the purpose of new land possessing system after the foundation of PRC. The strengthful state power guarantees the reform of land system. The road choice of China＇s land system connects its economic meaning with its political meaning, which contributes to the special characteristics of land system in the special historical period of new China.
