硫酰氟实验室及舰船现场灭蟑灭鼠的效果研究

摘　　要：目的观察硫酰氟实验室及舰船灭蟑、灭鼠的效果,为硫酰氟在舰船上的应用提供参考。方法实验室测试在玻璃方箱内进行、现场试验选择某3000 t的舰船封舱后进行硫酰氟熏蒸灭蟑灭鼠;实验室试验硫酰氟熏蒸质量浓度分为11.5、15.2、22.7、35.6 g/m34种,舰船上灭蟑、灭鼠硫酰氟的质量浓度为30 g/m3,24 h后检查蟑螂和鼠的死亡情况。结果实验室中随着硫酰氟质量浓度的增加德国小蠊成虫和小白鼠的击倒时间随之缩短;舰船熏蒸24 h后开舱散气,发现死鼠37只,蟑螂不可计数。结论硫酰氟用于舰船熏蒸灭蟑、灭鼠取得了非常好的杀灭效果。硫酰氟是一种安全、高效的熏蒸剂。在鼠多或有鼠传疾病发生的情况下,可使用硫酰氟熏蒸处理。ObjectiveTo observe the deratting and cockroach killing efficacy of the sulfuryl fluoride in laboratory and ship field and to provide a reference for the use of it in ships. MethodsThe laboratory tests were carried out in a glass case while the field trials were carried out in a sealed 3000 t ship.ResultsThe knockdown times of adult German cockroaches and little white mice were shortened with the increase of the concentration of sulfuryl fluoride by the order of 115,152, 227, 356 g/m3 in laboratory tests. And 37 dead rats and uncountable cockroaches were found after 24 h ship fumigation at a dose of 30 g/m3 in field trials. Fumigation made a very good effect on killing rats and cockroaches. ConclusionSulfuryl fluoride was a safe and efficient fumigation used in ships.Under the circumstance of rodent density out of limits or rodent borne diseases occurs, it is suitable for use of sulfuryl fluoride fumigation.
