摘　　要：在大力推进土地资源节约集约利用,推动土地资源利用方式根本转变进而促进社会经济发展方式转变的指导下,以重庆市38个开发区为例,构建开发区土地集约利用评价模型,研究其土地集约利用水平。利用得到的开发区土地集约利用指数及其排序,通过对不同级别和不同区域的开发区土地集约利用水平对比分析,明确国家级开发区目前土地集约利用水平总体偏低,开发区区域差异较大。因此,应重视国家级开发区建设,突出示范效应;科学规划布局开发区及核定建设用地规模;因地制宜、做好建设用地挖潜等提升开发区土地集约利用水平的相关工作。With the guidance of giving great impetus to the intensive use of land resources and promoting the transformation of land use patterns so as to encourage the development patterns of socio-economic transformation, it is of great significance to study the level of intensive land use in the development zone as an important carrier of the modern industrial cluster center and regional economic growth. Taking 38 development zones in Chongqing City, this paper acquires the indexes and ranking of intensive land use by building an evaluation model of intensive land use. A comparative analysis of intensive land use levels on different levels and in different areas of development zone indicates that the intensive land use level of national level development zone is lower as a whole and great differences exist in intensive land use levels of different areas. Therefore it is crucial to attach great importance to the construction of national level development zones to highlight the demonstration effect, to scientifically plan the scale of construction land of the development zone, and to play the potential of construction land appropriately.
