摘 要:目的探讨早期教育对婴幼儿智能发育的影响。方法将46例正常出生的新生儿随机分为早教组和对照组。对早教组的新生儿定期进行神经行为发育监测,并进行早期教育训练。两组儿童分别在3个月、6个月和1岁时用Gesell婴幼儿发育量表进行发育商的测评。结果①3个月时,早教组5个能区的发育商(developmental quotient DQ)高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②6个月和1岁时,早教组5个能区的DQ明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论早期教育可以促进婴幼儿智能发育。Objective To investigate the impact of early education on intellectual development of infants. Methods 46 normal neonates were randomly divided into the early education group and the control group, health care fallow-up files were estab- lished in every child within 1 month after birth. Regular neurobehavioral development monitoring and early education were performed in early education group. Every group received the evaluation of developmental quotient (DQ) by Gesell infant development scale at 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year old. Results ① At 3 months, the DQ of five ability regions in early education group were higher than the control group, but there were no significant differences (P 〉 0. 05 ) ;② At 6 months and 1 year, all the DQ of five ability regions of early education group were significantly higher than the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Infants' intellectual can be developmented by early education.
