宫腔水囊填塞联合卵圆钳钳夹宫颈治疗产后出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究宫腔水囊填塞联合卵圆钳钳夹宫颈治疗产后出血的疗效和应用。方法 56例产后出血患者经常规处理无效后,随机分为两组,对照组的32例用宫腔水囊填塞联合阴道填纱止血;研究组的24例用宫腔水囊填塞联合无齿卵圆钳钳夹宫颈止血,比较两组止血方法的疗效。结果研究组止血时间(6.3±1.21)min明显低于对照组(16±3.24)min,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后24h阴道出血量(80.80±20.56)ml明显低于对照组(192±35.28)ml,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组填塞物留置时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫腔水囊填塞联合无齿卵圆钳钳夹宫颈止血,更能预防水囊的脱出,止血效果更佳,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the efficacy and complications of balloon tamponade combined with toothless oval cervical clamp in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods After invalid conventional treatment, 56 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups：32 cases in the control group were treated with intrauterine balloon tamponade com- bined with gauze intravaginal tamponade. 24 cases in the observation group were treated with intrauterine balloon tamponade combined with toothless oval eervicalclamp. And then the treatment effects in the two groups were compared. Results The average time taken to control bleeding was significantly reduced in the observation group （6. 3 3± 1.21 ）rain than the control group（ 16 3± 3.24） rain, there was significant diference between the two groups（P 〈0.05） ; The average amount of blood loss in 24 hours was significantly reduced in the observation group （80. 80 3± 20. 56 ）ml than the control group （192 ± 35. 28 ）ml, there was significant diference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05） ; But there was no significant diference on the mean duration for which stuffing was left in situ （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Intrauterine balloon tamponadc combined with toothless oval cervical clamp can prevent the balloon being expelled more effectively and can control bleeding better ,so it is worth to be popularized widely in the clinical work.
