摘　　要：目的探讨骨盆骨折及其合并伤的急救处理。方法回顾性总结分析我院2006年1月～2010年1月36例骨盆骨折及合并伤的临床资料,并对其急救处理情况进行探讨。结果 36例骨盆骨折合并伤患者经过将就处理后,34例抢救成功,2例死亡,抢救成功率为94.4%。结论根据合并伤的不同情况,采取及时、有效的急救处理措施,提高了抢救的成功率。Objective To study the emergency treatment of pelvic fractures and associated injuries. Methods A retro-spective analysis in our hospital from January 2006 to January 2010 were condueted in 36 patients with pelvic fractures and associated injuries, the clinical data of their first aid situation were analysrsed. Results 36 patients with pelvic fracture after injury will treatment,34 cases were saved successfully,2 cases of death, success rate was 94.4%. Conclusion According to the combined injury of different situations and take prompt, effective first aid measures to improve the success rate of rescue.
