摘　　要：目的分析支气管镜检查意外死亡的原因。方法回顾性分析我院3例在支气管镜检查中出现意外死亡的患者资料。结果 3例患者均无心肺重要基础疾病及支气管镜检查的禁忌症,操作过程无异常;均以心跳减慢、呼吸困难为主要表现。结论重视迷走反射在支气管镜检查中的重要作用,早期发现,早期处理,减少相应风险。Objective Analysis the cause of death of bronchoscopys. Methods Retrospective analysis of causes of the 3 cases accidental death of bronchoscopy. Results 3 patients had no serious cardiopulmonary disease, contraindications of bronchoscopy, and abnormall operation. We consider it may be vagal reflex, beacause it were main performance that heart rate and breath- ing difficulties. Conclusion We should stress importance to the vagus reflecting in bronchoscopy, with a view to early detection, early treatment and reduce the associated risks.
