关于构建大学生党员发展质量长效机制的思考

摘　　要：2013年中共中央政治局会议在研究部署加强新形势下党员发展和管理工作中强调,要按照控制总量、优化结构、提高质量、发挥作用的总要求,不断提高党员发展和管理工作科学化水平。这也给高校大学生党员发展工作提出了新要求,如何构建大学生党员发展质量长效机制、提高党员发展质量就成为党员发展和管理工作的重中之重。本文从强化组织、抓实教育、严格程序、健全制度等四个方面进行论述,通过构建长效机制提升高校学生党员发展质量,保持发展党员工作的生机与活力。The meeting of the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau 2013 says , we should improve the development and government of Party members by controlling the tolal, optimizing the structure,improving the quality and playing the role. The paper points out how to build the long - term mechanism to develop party members of college students by the 4 aspects： strengthning the organization, regulating the education, building the system and procedures.
