对地方高校图书馆公共开放服务的几点思考

摘　　要：地方高校图书馆公共开放服务对提高国民素质、促进地方经济文化发展具有重大意义,但部分地方高校对于图书馆公共开放服务的这一重要性认识不够,观念陈旧、服务意识薄弱、资源闲置率大、服务范围狭窄。探索地方高校图书馆向社会开放的途径是地方高校图书馆提高资源利用率、服务社会、推进改革的关键。Local college libraries open to the public is of great significance to promote local economic and cultural development. However, some of the local colleges do not realize the importance of the library open to the public： their concepts are out-dated ; their sense of service is weak ; most resources are idle; and they narrow down the scope of services. Exploring ways of the local university library open to the community is the key point for the local college libraries to improve resource utilization, to serve to the community, and to promote the key to reform.
