鼻内镜手术治疗鼻源性慢性咽炎的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜手术治疗鼻源性慢性咽炎的临床效果。方法选取80例鼻源性咽炎患者,对其采用鼻内镜手术治疗,术前对患者施行表面麻醉,有需要的情况下方采用全身麻醉。术后随访5个月,对治疗效果进行判定。结果经随访,痊愈37例,显效22例,有效18例,无效3例,总有效率96.2%,没有出现并发症。结论鼻内镜手术治疗鼻源性慢性咽炎安全有效,在很大程度上改善了患者的生活质量,降低了死亡率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic pharyn- gitis rhinogenous. Methods From January 2010 to January 2012, 80 cases of nasal source pharyngitis patients were se- lected for endoscopic sinus surgery, they underwent preoperative topical anesthesia or general anesthesia below when it was necessary. Postoperative follow-up lasted 5 months, and the therapeutic effect was judged. Then the clinical data of all patients were collected, the results was retrospectively analyzed. Results After a period of follow-up, we found 37 cases that the cured patients, effective in 22, effective in 18 cases, 3 cases are invalid. The total efficiency reached 96. 2~, there were no complications, satisfactory results are obtained. Conclusion In various operation modes, nasal endo- scopic operation in treating rhinogenic chronic pharyngitis problem has its unique effect, safe and effective, largely im- proved the quality of life in patients with rhinogenie chronic pharyngitis, reduced their mortality. It is worthy of clinical application.
