整体护理对经尿道射精管口切开术患者心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理对经尿道射精管口切开术患者心理状态的影响。方法将45例行经尿道射精管口切开术患者随机分为研究组23例及对照组22例,研究组实施整体护理,对照组实施常规护理。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及Zung自评抑郁量表(SDS)对两组患者分别于整体护理前(入组时)及护理后(术后1周)进行问卷调查。结果研究组和对照组在实施整体护理前焦虑和抑郁评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),研究组在实施整体护理后焦虑及抑郁评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道射精管口切开术患者存在明显的焦虑、抑郁心理,有效的整体护理可以减轻患者的焦虑、抑郁心理,有利于患者的康复和生活质量的提高。Objective To explore and research the effects of holistic nursing care intervention on psychological sta- tus of patients who had a transurethral incision of ejaeulatory duct. Methods Divide 45 patients into two parts; The Study Group cases （23）＆ The Control Group cases （22） ; Implementation of holistic nursing care intervention to the Study Group ＆ Implernentation of routine nursing care to the Control Group. With the help of SAS and SDS, two groups of patients are investigated with a questionnaire before intervention and after intervention. Results No difference on Anxiety and depression score statistics before the implementation of intervention （P〉0. 05）, however, obvious differ- ences after the intervention （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Patients have obvious anxiety and depression after Transurethral re- section of ejaculatory duct. The effective holistic nursing care intervention can alleviate the patients＇ anxiety and depres- sion.
