摘　　要：在已有的城市土地信息系统基础上,开发实现农村土地信息系统,实现对农村土地的高效管理及可持续利用。本系统采用集成开发模式,基于Visual Studio2010平台和ArcGIS Engine10.0,利用C#语言编程实现。该系统能够实现基于数据库和用户的统一管理,即通过空间数据引擎(ArcSDE)来管理数据;实现了多种格式数据的存储、管理和分析;根据用户需求定制的利用属性查图形及利用图形查属性模块,提供友好便捷的数据查询模式。This paper develops and implements a rural land information system based on the current urban land information system. This rural land information system mainly achieve efficient management and sustainable utilization of the rural land. This system applies integrated development model and C# language on the platform of Visual Studio 2010 and ArcGIS Engine 10.0. The system achieve unified management of rural land based on the database and user, namely through spatial data engine （ ArcSDE ） to manage data; achieve a variety of data storage, management and analysis; and provide a friendly and convenient data query mode, that is to say, provide a module that using the attribute to check graphics and using graphical to search attribute.
