摘　　要：[目的]了解济南市市中区中小学生视力不良状况,为青少年视力防治工作提供依据。[方法]2011年3～6月,对济南市市中区6所城乡中小学校的2 475名在校学生进行视力调查。[结果]调查中小学生2 475名,检出视力不良1 958人,视力不良检出率为79.11%,其中,轻度、中度和重度视力不良检出率分别为17.37%、19.64%和42.10%。视力不良检出率,小学生为70.86%,初中生为81.97%,高中生为90.58%(P<0.01);女生为84.71%,男生为72.43%(P<0.01);城区学生为84.87%,乡村学生为72.85%(P<0.01);6～9岁为69.81%,10～12岁为75.22%,13～15岁为82.87%,16～18岁为91.47%(P<0.01)。[结论]济南市市中区中小学生视力不良检出率较高。[Objective]To study the prevalence of poor eyesight among primary and middle school students in Shizhong district,Jinan city,so as to provide bases for the prevention against myopia. [Methods]The data of eyesight test were ana- lyzed among 2 475 students in Shizhong district, Jinan city, during March-June, 2011. [Results] There were 1 958 among 2 475 students suffered from poor eyesight. The prevalence of poor eyesight was 79.11%. The detection rates of mild, moderate and severe level poor eyesight werel7.37 %, 19.64 % and 42.10 % respectively. The prevalence of poor vision in primary,junior and middle school was 70.86 %,81.97% and 90.58% respectively, taking on obvious increasing tendency with the higher of grade（ P G0.01）. The prevalence rate of poor eyesight was higher among girls （84.71%） than boys （72.43%） ,The difference was statistically significant（ P G0.01）. The detection rate of poor vision was higher among ur- ban groups（84.87 %）than rural（72.85 %）, which also had significant difference （ P 〈0.01）. The prevalence of poor vi- sion varied in different age groups,and the rate was 69.81% in 6-9 age group,75.22% for 10-12 age group,82.87% in 13-15 age group and 91.47% in 16-18 age group, increasing with the increase of age（ P G0.01）. [Conclusion]The poor eyesight detection rate of students is high in Shizhong district,Jinan city.
