2011～2012年某市三级甲等医院医务人员吸烟与控烟状况调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解医疗机构医务人员对烟草危害相关知识的知晓、态度及其行为状况,为医疗机构控烟工作提出对策与建议。[方法]2011～2012年,对大连市3家三级甲等医院抽取部分医务人员进行调查。[结果]调查649人,吸烟率为18.34%。吸烟率,男性为48.60%,女性为3.45%(P<0.01);外科医生为47.47%,内科医生为17.43%,护士为2.61%,医技人员为26.92%,行政后勤人员为20.41%(P<0.01);A医院为24.33%,B医院为10.00%,C医院为16.41%(P<0.01)。119名吸烟者中,上班时间吸烟在楼外面的占32.77%,在走廊上的占17.65%,在办公室的占11.76%,在洗手间的占18.49%,在其他地方的占19.33%。调查的649名医务人员中,知道世界无烟日的占45.79%,知道吸烟可导致肺癌的占62.56%,知道尼古丁替代疗法的占30.05%;接受过戒烟方法和技巧的培训的占47.15%,认为有必要主动向病人提供戒烟服务的占84.59%,临床工作中遇见患者吸烟时经常进行劝阻的占13.25%。[结论]大连市医务人员吸烟率较高,没有很好地为吸烟患者提供戒烟和劝阻服务。[Objective]To know the knowledge awareness, attitude and behavior among the medical personnel in medical organizations to tobacco hazard, so as to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for medical institutions about tobac- co control. [Methyls]During 2011-2012 ,some of the medical staff were surveyed in A-Level-Tertiary-Hospitals in Dalian city. [Results]In 649 surveyed,the smoking rate was 18.34%;Among them, the male smoking rate was 48. 60%, female smoking rate was 3.45% （ P〈0.01） ; the surgeon was 47.47%, physicians was 17.43 % nurses was 2.61%, medical technician was 26.92%, administrative support staff was 20.41% （ P 〈 0.01）; hospital A was 24. 33 %, hospital B was 10.00 M, hospital C was 16.41% （ P 〈0.01）. Among the 119 smokers, smoking in the working time outside the floor was 32.77M ,in the hallway was 17.65% ,in the office was 11.76% ,in the bathroom was 18.49% ,in other parts of the build- ing was 19.33M ;among the 649 medical person,the number of knowing the world NO TOBACCO DAY was 45.79% ,and knowing that smoking may lead to lung cancer was 62.56%, and knowing that Nicotine Replacement Therapy was 30.05%;number of accepted the quit smoking and the training was 47.15%, and it was necessary to provide the quit smoking was 84.59%, regularly in dissuasive when patients smoking in clinical work was 13.25 %. [Conclusion]The medical staff smoking rate in Dalian is higher,and no good smoking quitting and persuading services are provided for patients with smoking.
