摘  要:基础教育美术课程新标准把美术课程定位为人文课程,突出强调其人文性质。高师美术教育要主动适应这一变化发展要求,摈弃重"技"轻"文"的做法,及时调整、改革办学指导思想和培养目标、课程结构和课程内容、招生政策和录取办法,促使高师美术教育回到人文精神的轨道上来。同时加强师资队伍建设和教材建设,保证教育质量和培养目标的实现。The New Standard of fundamental education puts Art courses into the location of humanity courses and emphasizes its humanity. Art teaching in normal university should actively adjust to this requirement, diseard the practice of more techniques less arts, and reform the guiding ideology of running school, as well as the course structure and content, policy of student recruit- ment and enrollment, which will accelerate the art teaching in normal university to come back to humanity. Meanwhile, art teach- ing in normal university should also enhance the faculty and the teaching material building to guarantee the realization of high edu- cation quality and objectives.
