基于正交试验的轿车前门三角块最佳注射工艺参数的研究

摘　　要：以轿车前门三角块为研究对象,首先采用Moldflow软件及正交试验方法对其进行模拟试模试验,其次用极差分析法对其结果进行分析,最终得到最佳注射工艺参数组合;同时研究了多指标注射工艺参数对多评价指标的影响.Taking car front triangle as the research object, molding trial production simulation test is done firstly with software Moldflow, using orthogonal test method. The results are analyzed by range analysis secondly. And the best injection process parameters combination is obtained finally. Meanwhile, the influences of multi-index injection technological parameters on the multi- index evaluation are studied.
