摘 要:目的:探讨128层螺旋CT成像技术在泌尿系疾病中的临床应用价值。方法:搜集本院2012年6-12月45例行CT泌尿系检查患者的相关资料,并与临床、手术及病理结果进行对比分析。结果:本组45例病例中,泌尿系结石15例,感染性病变8例,泌尿系肿瘤5例,腹膜后肿瘤压迫肾脏1例,神经源性膀胱1例,膀胱、输尿管瘘1例,泌尿系先天发育异常13例,膀胱憩室1例。所有病例均得到手术或临床证实。结论:128层螺旋CT及图像后处理技术能对病变进行多方位、多角度观察,能显示病变与毗邻周围组织关系以及病灶血供,在泌尿系统疾病检查中是一种有价值的检查方法。Objective: To explore the clinical value of 128-slice spiral CT imaging technology in the urinary system diseases.Method: Collected the CT examination data about 45 patients with urinary disease in our hospital from June 2012 to December 2012, and clinical, surgical and pathological findings were analyzed.Result: In the group of 45 cases, included 15 cases of urinary calculi, 8 cases of infectious disease, 5 cases of urinary system tumors, 1 cases of the retroperitoneal tumor suppression kidney, 1 cases neurogenic bladder, 1 cases of bladder-ureter fistula, 13 cases of urinary congenital dysplasia, 1 cases of bladder diverticulum. All cases were confirmed by surgery or clinically.Conclusion: 128-slice spiral CT and image processing technology can show lesions multi-faceted, multi-angle and the relationship between the lesion and surrounding tissue adjacent lesions blood supply.It is a valuable examination method in the urinary system diseases.
