摘  要:目的:探讨低场磁共振(MRI)在诊断前置胎盘中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院2010年4月-2011年5月收治的64例前置胎盘患者的病例资料,所有患者均进行B超及低场MRI辅助检查,并与剖宫产术中所见结果进行比较。结果:所有患者经剖宫产手术治疗明确诊断,B超诊断符合率为73.5%(50/68),低场MRI的诊断符合率为100%,两种检查方法诊断符合率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低场MRI检查的诊断符合率高,且可对产妇的前置胎盘的位置进行详细地分析,明显优于B超检查。Objective: To study the application value of the Low field MRI in the diagnosis of placenta previa.Method: Aretrospectively analysed the data of patients with placenta previa treated by the writer's hospital in April 2010 to May 2011, all patients were examined with the B ultrasonic and the low field MRI auxiliary treatment, and compared the results with that of the cesarean section.Result: The definitive diagnosis showed that after all patients had done the cesarean section surgery, the coincidence rate of the B ultrasonic diagnosis was 73.5% ( 50/68 ), and the low field MRI diagnosis was 100%, the diagnosis coincidence rate of the two kinds of inspection methods was significant different, and had a statistical significance ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion: The coincidence rate of the low field MRI diagnosis is high, it can make a detailed analysis on the position of the maternal placenta previa, and that is significantly superior to B ultrasonic inspection.
