摘  要:采用失重法、扫描电镜、极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)等技术研究了E36级别低合金船板钢在高浓度Cl-环境中的腐蚀行为;综合评定了不同碳含量和合金成分对E36钢在10%NaCl酸性溶液中耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,超低碳钢(O.048%)的腐蚀速率低于低碳钢(0.1%);添加铬元素的1#钢腐蚀速率低于未加铬的2#钢,但添加铬元素同时碳含量较高的3#钢,腐蚀速率最大。这表明在低铬范围内,添加铬元素对耐腐蚀性能的提高不及降低碳元素来的明显。The corrosion behavior of E36 ship plate steel with different carbon contents and alloying eiement contents was investigated in solution with high concentration of C1 (10%) by weight loss method, polarization curve, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and SEM. The results show that the corrosion rate of ultralow carbon steel was lower than that of low carbon steel, the corrosion rate of ultralow carbon steel with adding Cr element (1 # ) was lower than that of 2# without Cr, while the conosion rate of 3# with adding Cr and increasing carbon content together was maximum. It shows that in low chromium range, decreasing the content of C is more effective than increasing the content of Cr.
