摘  要:采用极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱研究了铜质接地网材料在1∶1水土混合液中的腐蚀行为;通过实验室埋片试验和变电站现场测试,研究了铜质接地网材料在土壤介质的腐蚀特性。结果表明,铜试样在弱酸性和弱碱性土壤中没有发生明显的局部腐蚀,且均匀腐蚀速率较小,以目前变电站常用的TJ-240硬铜绞线计,铜接地网材料满足设计使用寿命要求。The corrosion behavior of copper grounding material was studied by polarization curves and EIS under the condition of soil : water = 1 : 1. In addition, the corrosion performance of copper grounding material in a variety of soil media was studied using laboratory corrosion tests and substation field tests. The results showed that copper samples exhibited no obvious localized corrosion in weak acidic and weak alkalic soils, and its uniform corrosion rate was small. Therefore, the common used TJ-240 copper stranded wire is able to fulfill the requirements of design service life.
