摘　　要：生产知识的经济与用知识生产的经济正改变着人们的就业方式,强化了知识管理在大学生职业规划和就业指引中的重要地位。就大学的发展而言,大学生就业和就业的质量已经成为衡量一所大学声誉、社会地位和竞争力的重要指标,因此,作为旨在实现并保持组织和个人竞争优势的根本动力,知识管理日益成为大学生提升就业核心竞争力和大学制定决策的重要内容。Along with the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, the economy of production knowledge and the econo- my of production with knowledge is quietly changing the people＇s Employment patterns,the important role of knowledge man- agement is strengthened in college students career planning and employment guidelines. The purpose of the development of the university, the employment of university students and the quality of employment has become an important measure of a univer- sity＇s reputation, social status and competitiveness. Therefore, as fundamental driving force to achieve and maintain competitive advantage of organizations and individuals, Knowledge management has become the logic orientation of college students enhanc- ing their core competitiveness of employment, and universities decision-making.
