临床医务人员锐器伤主要致伤物品调查

摘　　要：目的探讨导致临床医务人员锐器伤发生的主要致伤物品,以提高医务人员的职业防护意识,降低职业危害。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,在某医院抽取576名医务人员,填写自行设计的医务人员锐器伤调查问卷,实际回收571份,有389名临床医务人员被不同锐器刺伤。结果锐器伤发生率为68.13%,在所有致伤物品中,头皮针是最主要的致伤物品,占28.28%;其次是掰安瓿引起的锐器伤,占22.11%;皮下注射针引起的锐器伤也不容忽视,占20.05%。结论头皮针是导致医务人员锐器伤发生的最主要的致伤物品,其他依次为安瓿瓶、皮下注射针具等,在临床工作中应该采取干预措施,以降低上述物品的锐器伤发生率。OBJECTIVE To investigate the mainly injury instrument of sharp injuries among clinical medical staff so as to improve their awareness on occupational protection and reduce the occupational hazards. METHODS By means of the stratified cluster sampling method, 576 clinical medical staff were selected from hospital to fill in the self-designed questionnaires about sharp instrument injuries, and 571 questionnaires were collected. 389 clinical medical staff experienced different sharp instrument injuries, and the sharp instrument injury rate was 68. 13%. RESULTS Butterfly needles were the most common causative devices among all the injury instruments and the injury rate was 28.28%, followed by the injuries caused by snapping ampoules （22.11%）. The sharp instrument injuries caused by hypodermic needles ranked the third place with the rate of 20. 05%, which could not be ignored. CONCLUSION The most common causative devices are the butterfly needles, followed by ampoules, hypodermic needles and other causative devices. It is necessary to take the corresponding interventions to reduce the incidence of sharp injuries.
