摘 要:目的探讨不同容积的灭菌器灭菌对牙科手机损坏的影响,寻找理论根据,指导灭菌工作。方法将正常使用中的牙科手机随机分为A、B、C 3组,分别采用大型灭菌器和小型台式灭菌器,设定3种不同灭菌时间A组10min、B组6min、C组4min,擦洗、注油、塑封后进行高压蒸汽灭菌,灭菌后送回科室使用,每组手机75支,循环灭菌至9900支次时,对手机的损坏率进行统计分析。结果 A、B、C 3组手机损坏率分别为0.24%、0.27%、0.28%,损坏率差异无统计学意义,无论是小型台式灭菌器还是大型灭菌器,按规范的灭菌流程,在4~10min的灭菌时间内对手机灭菌,损坏率无差异。结论采用大型灭菌器灭菌不会过度损坏手机。OBJECTIVE To look for the theoretical basis for guiding the sterilization by exploring the impact of different volumes of sterilizers for sterilization on the damage of dental hand-pieces. METHODS In normal, the dental hand-pieces were randomly divided into groups A, B, and C. Each group contained 75 hand-pieces, and the cycle sterilization was extended to 9900 pieces per hour. Three different sterilization time were set ( the group A 10 min, the group s B 6 min, and the group C 4 min). The high pressure steam sterilization was performed after the scrubing, oiling, and molding, then the dental hand-pieces were submitted to the departments, finally the rate of damage of the dental hand-pieces was statistically analyzed. RESULTS The three groups had different failure rates; the group A 0.24%, the group B, 0.27%, and the group C, 0.28%, and the difference was not statistical-ly significant. According to the research, it was concluded that that if we followed the specification of the steriliza-tion process, the failure rate of the dental hand-pieces would have no difference in the damage rate between the dental hand-pieces within 4-10 min sterilization with the sterilizers. CONCLUSION There would not he excessive damage to the hand--pieces even if you use the large sterilizers.
