摘　　要：目的了解基层医院新生儿病区医院感染管理现状,分析存在的问题,提出医院感染管理的改进措施和对策,为医院感染管理提供参考依据。方法采用前瞻性研究方法,对孝感市17所二级以上基层医院新生儿病室的医院感染管理组织建设、制度管理、建筑布局、设施置备、隔离防护、操作环节及诊疗环境卫生学监测等内容进行调查研究。结果孝感市基层医院重视新生儿病室医院感染管理,调查的17所医院中有14所建立了医院感染管理组织,在贯彻制度、落实措施、优化流程、配备设施及操作技术等方面基本到位,但管理水平参差不齐,制度有待健全,布局条件尚需整改,感染管理质量亟待提高。结论应加强基层医院新生儿病区监督管理,提高感染控制执行力。OBJECTIVE To figure out the present situation of hospital infection management in the neonatal wards of grass-root hospitals and solve the problems which exist in the hospital infection management so as to put forward the countermeasures to improve the nosocomial infection management. METHODS By means of prospective study, totally 17 grass-root hospitals above the second level were enrolled in the study, the construction of nosocomial infection control organization, system management, construction layout, architectural composition, provision of facilities, isolation and protection, operation procedures, and surveillance of environmental health of diagnosis and treatment were investigated and studied. RESULTS The grass-root hospitals focused on the nosocomial infection control in the neonatal ward. Of＇17 hospital investigated, the nosocomial infec-tion control organization has been established in 14 hospitals. The system, optimized procedure, facilities provi-sion, and operation have been put in actual place, but the level of the management was uneven, the system needed to beperfect, the condition of layout needed to berectified, the quality of the infection control needed to heimprovd. CONCLUSION It is necessary to strengthen the supervision and management of the neonatal wards so as to improve the execution power of the infection control.
