摘　　要：目的了解口腔门诊护士医院感染预防控制的执行力,分析影响执行力的因素并提出相应的管理对策,以提高预防医源性感染的执行力度。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷通过立意抽样的方法选取珠三角地区14所口腔专科医院或综合医院共178名口腔门诊护士进行调查。结果口腔门诊护士在补充无菌物品时按消毒日期放置、每次治疗前检查无菌物品包装的完整性、治疗过程手接触地方贴避污膜等环节执行力较好,执行率分别为75.8%、74.2%、73.0%;在四手操作补充物品时使用无菌持物镊未一人一用一灭菌、避污膜穿破后未及时更换、口腔印模调拌器械未一人一用一消毒等,其执行率分别为16.9%、15.2%、11.8%;四手操作普及率为51.7%,有四手操作学习经历的护士占72.5%。结论口腔门诊护士医院感染预防控制执行力中等,四手操作普及率一般,口腔门诊护士重视医院感染预防控制,但认知水平有待提高,应从多途径提高护士的医院感染预防控制执行力。OBJECTIVE To investigate the execution of prevention and control of nosocomial infections by the dental clinic nurses, analyze influencing factors of execution and make a management scheme so as to enhance the enforcement of prevention of iatrogenic infections. METHODS A total of 178 dental clinic nurses in 14 hospitals of the Pearl River delta region, which included oral specialized hospitals and general hospitals, were investigated by purposive sampling with self-designed questionnaire. RESULTS The sterilized articles were placed according to disinfection date （75.8%）, packaging integrity was checked before treatment （74.2 %）. Pollution resistant film was sticked on hand touched places in the treatment（73.0%）, the ventilation and disinfection in treatment room maintained well. Sterilized holding forceps used in adding items by four-handed technique were one person with one sterilized（16.9%）. Hand touched place was sterilized once pollution resistant film perforated（15.2%）. The poor execution links were found in one person with one sterilized of dental impression mixing apparatus（11. 8% ）. The four hand operating rate was 51.7 %,and 72.5 % of the nurses had four hand operation learning experiences. CONCLUSION The execution of prevention and control of nosoeomial infections of the dental clinic nurses is moderate and is with low four hand operation rate. They pay attention to the prevention and control of nosocomial infections, but the cognitive level needs to be improved. The execution of prevention and control of nosocomial infections should be improved through multiple pathways.
