摘  要:依据四元水盐体系相图理论,采用溶矿分解、盐田蒸发和热溶结晶的工艺路线,利用察尔汗盐湖地区的光卤石反浮选尾矿生产出了高纯度的KCl。实际工程应用的结果显示,该工艺路线流程短,能耗低,显著提高了盐湖钾资源利用率。A decomposition-sunny evaporation-thermally dis- solved crystal process for producing KCI was developed basing on the law of quaternary water-salt system phase diagram. High pu-rity KCI was produced via the process by using waste salt from reverse flotation and cold crystallization process in the Plant of Chaerhan Salt Lake. Through the practical engineering practice, it was found that the process features simple process, tow cost and energy consumption, which remarkably improved the unitiza-tion rate of potassium resources in the salt lake.
